Are you struggling to make your mix-down sound professional? Do you know the basics but can’t make your tracks ‘bump’? If that’s the case, then look no further than our mixing course if your productions lack depth and clarity.
With so much good quality music being made these days, it’s becoming a lot more difficult to stand out from the competition. One way is to mix and master your efforts to a professional standard, and that’s where we come in. We’ve been teaching innovative tricks along with classic mixing techniques that have helped people polish their productions since 2010.
We focus on the excellent Fabfilter software, which is compatible with all major digital audio workstations. If you don’t own FabFilter, it’s not a problem, as principles of mixing apply to all software, but they do come highly recommended, and all of our students receive a 50% discount. Our courses come with in-depth added reading written by our expert course developers for you to refer to during and after your course. If you can’t make a class, we can arrange for you to catch up your session on a future cycle.
Many learners these days prefer to use their own laptops on our courses for things like getting help customizing their set-up, and they have their project exactly as they left it in class to work on at home. So we made the course more affordable, but added a $75 supplement for learners who wish to hire an iMac loaded with software. Please ensure you book an iMac when you book your course if you need one. Controller keyboards, and headphones are provided for everyone.
Prerequisite: This is an intermediate level music production course, and all learners must have a good understanding of their DAW, and at least the basics of music production. If you do not, you will need to take a DAW course with us first. If you are unsure, let us know so we can help you decide.
This course is designed for all DAW users and is suitable for all genres. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message or call (347) 746-4604 before booking.
